Suns G Barbosa heads to Brazil after mother dies |

PHOENIX (AP)—Phoenix Suns guard Leandro Barbosa returned to Brazil after hismother died.
He flew to his hometown of Sao Paulo late Thursday after learning of thedeath of his mother, Ivete Barbosa. Team officials are not sure when Barbosawill return.
His mother had been ill, and he missed two weeks of training camp becauseshe was hospitalized.
The Suns play the Kings on Friday night in Sacramento.
